Muffins Ingredients

  • 2 cups and 1/4 (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • And 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • And 1 pinch of salt 3 eggs
  • ½ cup (tea) of milk
  • And 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • And 200g of semisweet chocolate with orange
  • 10 squares of waxed paper (10cm x 10cm)

Muffins Method of preparation

1 – So, to start making muffins, in a packet, place the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda all sifted, and add the salt.

2 – Add the eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla essence and mix well until you get a smooth dough.

3 – So, cut the chocolate into small pieces and add to the dough.

4 – Fold each square of parchment paper in half twice (4 parts), mark the folds, and open it again. Using scissors, make a 3-cm cut in each fold, leaving the center together. 

Line a muffin tin with the paper (place the middle of the form over each hole and dig in with your fingers, arranging the sides to cover the entire hole).

5 – So, bake in a preheated oven (200˚C) for approximately 30 minutes.
