Method of preparation

  1. Beat the boiling water and gelatin in a blender;
  2. After making the mixture, add the ice water and beat more;
  3. Mix in the cream and condensed milk until well combined;
  4. Place the liquid in a pyrex and place it in the freezer;
  5. After 12 hours in the freezer, remove from the place;
  6. Place in an electric mixer and beat until fluffy;

Method of preparation

  1. Add the milk with condensed milk, egg yolks, flour, and vanilla essence in a saucepan. Stir until the mixture thickens. Then turn off the oven, add the cream, and set aside.
  2. Heat the egg whites in a bain-marie and transfer to an electric mixer with the sugar. Beat until you reach the marshmallow point. Gradually incorporate the whites into the reserved mixture. Reserve to prepare ice cream.
  3. In a bowl, add the boiling water and mix the powdered chocolate until it completely dissolves. Reserve.
  4. In a saucepan, add the sugar and bring to low heat. Stir without stopping until you get caramel.
